Al deBoer has been in the electrical trade since 1976.Prior to starting Deltec Power & Control Systems Ltd. he was employed by two larger firms starting as an Apprentice, attending school to become a Journeyman and working his way up to Foreman, Superintendent and Project Manager.He was responsible for overseeing larger industrial and commercial projects.
Al deBoer started Deltec Power & Control Systems Ltd. in 1994 as a one man operation, obtained his Masters Certificate in 1995 and since then has guided this company in its growth, expanding into the Calgary market and presently employing approximately 60 office staff and field representatives.Read Bio
Dave deBoer started in the electrical trade in 1986, where he began working for an established local contractor as an apprentice and attended school to obtain his Journeyman Certificate. In 1995, Dave joined Deltec Power & Control Systems Ltd. as their Commercial Project Manager / Senior Estimator. In 2000, Dave became a partner.
As his career has progressed, Dave has acquired numerous certifications within the electrical construction industry, including his Interprovincial Red Seal and most recently, Dave procured his Field Safety Representative Certificate in the Province of British Columbia (equivalent to an Alberta Master Electrician).
Dave is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Deltec Power. He is involved in key decisions for major project estimating, corporate forecasting, quality control, and has a substantial roll in the Health and Safety Program. Dave is also responsible for overseeing the coordination of material and labour resource deployment between the Lethbridge and Calgary offices.
Gina has been a partner in Deltec since it's inception in 1994. She left her long time position as a paralegal to join Deltec in 1998 to oversee and supervise the administrative operations of the organization as well as manage all financial tasks of the company including Accounts Payable, payroll, tax and human resource functions such as employee benefits, corporate insurances and related operations.Read Bio
Justin joined Deltec in 1998 as an apprentice electrician. He secured his Journeyman Certification as he worked his way up through increasingly complex electrical projects until he became a dependable site superintendent. Justin has overseen some of Deltec Power’s largest jobs.
In 2008, he joined the office staff as an estimator and project manager and currently manages all of our large commercial projects. Justin has also been heavily involved in our design build department, where he has worked closely with owners, end-users, project engineers and other design team members to bring each project to a successful completion.Read Bio
Chris joined Deltec in 2003 as an apprentice electrician. He secured his Journeyman Certification as he worked his way up through Commercial and Industrial electrical projects until he became a site superintendent. Jason joined Deltec Power in 2011 as our company Safety Supervisor. He achieved his designation of National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) during his employment with our team. He has sat on both of the local Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) and the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) safety committees in Lethbridge. He has been accredited with multiple safety certifications related to the construction industry.Read Bio
Rod started in the electrical trade in 1974 and earned his Journeyman and Red Seal certificates in 1979. In 1988 he also obtained his Electronics Engineering Technician Degree. Nancy joined Deltec in 2003. With her background in electrical material purchasing she proved to be a great asset to the company. Since then Nancy has become our senior administrative assistant. She also works closely with our project managers to ensure projects manuals, as-builts, warranty information and inspection reports are completed in a timely efficient manner.Read Bio
Bruce joined Deltec in 2001 and worked his way into the Industrial Superintendent position. In 2006 Deltec opened an office in Calgary & proudly appointed Bruce as the manager. Bruce handles the day-to-day operations, oversees the employees as well as estimating and project management.Read Bio
